A slot is one parallel device. Buy as many slots as the number of devices you want to control or test at the same time — e.g. 3 Automation slots = 3 parallel test runs. Add or remove slots anytime; volume discounts kick in at 5+ slots and annual billing saves another 25%.
Manual ($25/device/mo) gives you real-time control of real devices plus MCP access for AI agents. Automation ($125/device/mo) adds Selenium/Appium test execution on Selenium Grid, parallel test runs, and CI/CD + analytics. Both include $5/mo of AI credit and the same volume + annual discounts.

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or add slots anytime; changes take effect immediately. Moving to Enterprise involves a short onboarding to provision your dedicated, non-shared devices.

The label is what you GET ($5 of AI usage); the checkout total adds Stripe's processing fee + a small operator margin (so we don't lose money on every top-up) + regional sales tax. The credit applied to your account is always the underlying value on the label, not the gross paid. Refunds (when issued) are prorated against that credit value — Quebec customer who paid $6.86 for $5 of credit gets exactly $5 debited from their balance on full refund, not $6.86.
